A Bunch of Thanks to LausanneMom Supporters
If you think that I get a lot of money doing this blog, oh, I can assure you that I don’t. I’m still doing this blog as a hobby and have been paying everything from my own pocket (Thank goodness that I work and can use my own salary, so no conflict with hubby so far
). Paid advertisement started to flow in earlier this year, and I am very thankful that now at least I almost paid off what I have spent.
So yep, I want to use this post to thank those wonderful people who have been kindly supporting LausanneMom.com.
Confetti Box, run by Estelle, offers adorable and affordable party supply for kids’ birthday. The offers range from balloons to hats to pinata to blowout to candles. Very fast shipping (oh yeah, I tested it).
Carmen from BYouCoaching offers personal coaching and workshops for parents and children. I have heard wonderful testimonial from a participant of her workshop, so better be there on the next workshop!
And who doesn’t know Babyzou (yet)? My personal favorite for baby stores around — not a surprise as it’s conveniently located only 5 min on foot from my apartment
. But not only for me, I guess. As far as I know, Babyzou is the easiest baby store to reach by public transport from Lausanne, as it’s located directly opposite the metro station Croisettes. And they recently launched their Baby Registry, so if you’re expecting a baby, you may want to take a look at it (click here).
Liz from Forget-Me-Not Cards, whom I continuously thank for keeping snail mail alive… and lovely! Take a look at her card collection and I guarantee you’ll feel the urge to send those to your loved ones back home. Her current stock also includes Christmas stuffs, in case you like to prepare early (oh yeah, how we all know that preparing early is the only way to get things done when we have kids!)
Lisa from Know-It-All Passport, whose work I don’t think need more introduction. If you see the newest edition that was just out this week, you’ll understand my enthusiasm about this guidebook. Btw, don’t forget to leave a comment to enter the giveaway contest on this post (ends at 11:59pm tonight!).
Amie from CiaoBambino.com, who just recently moved to Vaud. Amie and her team have given traveling with kids a new flavor. Planning your winter vacation? Make sure you check the website here!
And of course, I also thank all of you readers for keeping this blog alive, useful, and fun. Your feedback is always appreciated so do leave comments, click on the links, recommend the blog and the facebook page to your friends.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
